Bio

Bradford Jordan leads the Productivity and Enablement Team at Baseten and has held leadership roles at Reddit, Twitter, Snap, Slack, and Salesforce.

Fluent in Spanish and Russian, he holds a BA in political science and economics from Columbia University and a Masters in international relations from Oxford University. Bradford has led Enablement and Revenue Operations teams for over a decade.

As an executive coach, Bradford has led one-on-one and group coaching sessions with Vice Presidents at American Express, Senior Leaders at Nike, Sellers and Managers at at Rolls Royce, and many others.  In his coaching, Bradford supports those working with grow as leaders by embracing deep curiosity and open questioning.

Bradford has introduced hundreds of students to improvisation as a lead improvisation teacher at the People’s Improv Theater.

Bradford is also a Moth Grand Slam winner and Story Coach with the Moth high school, community, and corporate programs. His stories can be heard on the Moth Radio Hour on National Public Radio.
