Bio

Bradford Jordan is a trainer, instructional designer, storyteller, improviser and executive coach. Fluent in Spanish and Russian, he holds a BA in political science and economics from Columbia University and a Masters in international relations from Oxford University. Bradford has led leadership development workshops for senior leaders, salespeople, middle managers, and engineers across North America, Europe and Asia.

As an executive coach, Bradford has led one-on-one and group coaching sessions with Vice Presidents at American Express, Senior Leaders at Nike, Salespeople and Managers at Twitter, Managers at Rolls Royce, and many others.  In his coaching, Bradford supports those working with grow as leaders by embracing deep curiosity and open questioning.

Trained as an actor and improvisor, Bradford uses roleplays and high-engagement experiential learning in live and asynchronous environments to bring the challenges facing his stakeholders to life and support them to explore new performance choices. 

Bradford has introduced hundreds of students to improvisation as a lead improvisation teacher at the People’s Improv Theater.

Bradford is also a two-time Moth story slam winner and Story Coach with the Moth high school, community, and corporate programs. His stories can be heard on the Moth Radio Hour on National Public Radio.
